I've been writing poetry actually longer than I've been writing anything else, though none of it has really been put on the net until now. I do have a couple of poems that are fandom-related, though, and I thought I would put them up here for folks to take a gander at.

Brief synopsis: This was written after meeting James Morrison (Space: Above & Beyond, Millennium, X-Files & Prey, etc.) at a very small fannish gathering. It could, I suspect, be equally applicable to any actor meeting a group of fans in a semi-informal setting. That feeling was reinforced after watching Paul Gross (due South, Tales of the City, Buffalo Jump, etc.) interact with fans after a performance of Hamlet at the Stratford Festival in June 2000.
